Star Trek Timelines - Starship Shaders

This is the breakdown of the Starship shaders I developed for Star Trek Timelines. Some high level concepts were outlined in this talk from Unite 2015; .

The challenge was to maintain extremely high texel density, so players could view the ships up close and have them hold up, and keep the smallest possible memory footprint.

Blueprint Mode was part of a feature that made our Pax build but was ultimately cut. The LCARs widgets animate and the fade was seamless and required no additional data, just clever re-use.
